Modern Version Of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven"
I took the poem and translated it line by line to end up with a version that has simplified the words, while still holing onto all the meaning. It is a great resource for kids that struggle with dense text or old English. My English language learners and students with disabilities, as well as my general education students, loved it! It allows everyone to have access to the same text, so all students can understand the meaning and participate in discussions.
