I read (in English) French literature to my middle school students. With each book, I have developed a packet for them to use which represents each chapter. Students love being read to, even in middle school. I also show the pictures of each chapter on the smart board as I read. At the end of the book, which takes a couple of months to read since we only do two chapters a week, we watch the movie as well. Easy introduction to French literature.
