Anti Bullying - Fitting In - A story about just that, fitting in.
A counseling friend (Ed Smith) and I wrote this a couple of days after the Columbine tragedy. To be honest, Ed did most of the writing. It is a story to be read to a group of students which helps them to identify with every other student in the building, even the one that is least like them.
This story can be quite powerful. Depending on the size of the group, it can also lead to a tremendous discussion about how everyone in the school is responsible for looking out for others.

My Best Self
This simple worksheet goes along with the Yale RULER Approach's Mood Meter. This worksheet allows students to reflect on their behavior and what their "best self" looks like.
