In this lesson students learn about the art of Pablo Picasso. They then do a drawing of an animal in the style of Picasso. They will then fill their line drawing with collage with textures cut out from magazines. Students are successful at this lesson because Picasso's drawings are not realistic and so theirs don't have to be realistic. The use of collage also makes it easier for the students to complete.
