Kitchen Sanitation Inspection Form for Culinary Arts or FACS Students
I like to coordinate with our school cafeteria to have my students do a mock safety inspection. I send them all in with clipboards and this form and they poke around until they find all the answers.
Great practice looking for proper sanitation guidelines and procedures!

Hearing Loss Prevention
Hearing loss is a topic that can be applicable to all students, especially with the frequent use of headphones. This lesson covers the inner ear and how decibel levels can affect stereocilia.
