Student Behavior Survey
I always use a student behavior survey to gain understanding of how students view themselves in the classroom. This is a great tool to use at parent teacher conferences so parents can also see how their own child thinks they are doing. When I pass this out to students I explain to them that a sad face means you rarely do it, a half smile means you sometimes do it, and a big smiley means I do this most of the time. My Feelings Chart
Using the Incredible 5-Point Scale strategy as a guide (Buron & Curtis, 2003), this chart presents a visual scale which illustrates a behavioral escalation cycle, along with a narrative describing that behavior. It also suggests specific coping strategies students might implement to appropriately respond to their strong feelings. It can be used as a guide for 1-1 or small group behavioral instruction, a visual prompt or as a reference when providing corrective feedback.

What is the Bullseye Game?
The Bullseye Game is WBT's moderate behavior intervention strategy that turns behavior modification into a fun game.
