I always use a student behavior survey to gain understanding of how students view themselves in the classroom. This is a great tool to use at parent teacher conferences so parents can also see how their own child thinks they are doing. When I pass this out to students I explain to them that a sad face means you rarely do it, a half smile means you sometimes do it, and a big smiley means I do this most of the time. I then read each section and have students color in the smiley they feel most mat

It can be used as a guide for 1-1 or small group behavioral instruction, a visual prompt or as a reference when providing corrective feedback.

What is the Bullseye Game? The Bullseye Game is WBT's moderate behavior intervention strategy that turns behavior modification into a fun game. A 'targeted' student monitors their behavior each day/period and compares it to the teacher's assessment of same behavior. If they agree, the student gets 2 points. If they are within a point of agreement, the student gets 1 point. If they differ more than a point, the student gets no points. Do you see the beauty? The student will win if they are
