There is a list of numerous steps to complete, which can actually be fun for students. I created this for my 9th grade students who were struggling with taking notes for a research project.
Rather than using index cards, which are easily lost, this template can be photocopied and hole-punched to be placed into a binder, or stuck in a folder, for easy access.
