This project is for the book Schooled. The students have to choose four characters and pick a song that would go on their playlist. From there, the student's need to explain why the character would like the song. Also, they need to choose the character's favorite verse in the song. Keeping the parts to the Friendly Letter can be quite tricky for young elementary aged children to grasp. Here is a step-by-step, no fail way to ensure that they remember each part. The Princesses' Egg- a play for and by pre-school and K Children
This is a play written by myself and the children in my drama club at the Montessori school where I work.It has a royal family, castle guards, dragons, wizards and fairys . It is a play for 16 children ages 3-6 to practice and perform. We wrote the script, made up the songs, painted the scenery, decided what props to use, and used dress up clothes for our costumes.It was the best play we have done so far in the 7 years we've been performing.It's a stitch!
