Comprehension Reading Log Grades 2-5

Reading Conference Record (K-6)

Third Grade Fluency Progression Log
This document is a great tool to use to keep track of student progress in fluency. It can be used either in class formally or at home on leveled reading. The listener times the reader for one minute and deducts words read incorrectly. The rubric gives great guidance for a mini-conference of what students must work on for improvement.
