Reading Conference Log Kindergarten - 1st Grade

This resource has been designed to be a booklet where you can keep data on each reader. It should be copied double-sided, folded in half and with only three sheets you will can record up to 16 conferencing sessions.

The middle section has sheets to record: Reading Strategies, Sight Words, Miscues (a.k.a miscues M, S, V), Phrasing, Connections, Comprehension and Comments - you can tailor how many middle pages you want to fit your needs!

The inside and outside of the back covers outlines seven vital meta-cognitive strategies for use in reading instruction.

The difference between this version and the K-2 is that there is a place to record early literacy skills (letter id, letter sound, rhyming, blending, etc.).
