Test Taking Strategies / Follow Directions Prank/Fake Quiz
This quiz is a fun and funny way to get students to realize they need to pay attention to directions.
There is a list of numerous steps to complete, which can actually be fun for students. HOWEVER, the first step says to "read all directions before continuing" and the last step says "only do..." so most students mess this up and do all the steps as they go along. Then you can give them the lesson at the end :)

SAT Vocabulary Practice Set 1: 30 Fill-in-the-Blank Problems
This is a set of 30 fill-in-the-blank sentence problems to help students study vocabulary words commonly found on the SAT and PSAT. The 30 problems are divided into 3 sets of 10. Each set of 10 appears on a single page with a word bank. Answer keys included at end of document. Sentences are fairly short and simple, teen-relevant and easy to visualize. Romeo and Juliet Review Activity/Fill in the Blank Worksheet
This three page, fill in the blank review activity could be used as a post reading activity (after students have read the entire play) or as a during reading activity (students could fill it in as they go).
