Print double-sided on card stock (optional card stock) and 3-hole punch for storage in binder.

Study Skills: Grade Check Sheet
Use this grade check sheet as a routine Monday Grade Check. Students check their own grades and use it for reference throughout the week. Use it for:1-1 Conferencing, Goal-setting, and Follow up. Weekly Class Evaluation Rubric System for Classroom Management
This is a Weekly Class Evaluation system I developed for classroom and behavior management. I used it for several years in my ABE GED classroom and it worked extremely well. Students appreciated the specific information on what I expected from them and the weekly feedback helped them see exactly where they stood.
