This is a complete weekly program for study skills (all resources included, absolutely no planning on your end, other than printing). It is suitable for students from Stage 4 through to Stage 6. Outcomes meet the Life Skills program. Students will explore how they can better look after themselves by making healthy decisions about what they eat and drink, how active they are, and how much sleep they get. They will also look at developing a functional study space, as well as effective time managem
