This is editable. This is a homework tracker/ assignment tracker that promotes organization (executive functioning). This has two separate logs that are week at a glance. I am a K-6 Special Ed teacher. I created this document to explicitly teach good study skills. It includes a written and picture description of each study habit.
I printed mine on card stock, laminated it, and attached the pages with binder rings at the top. I plan to have my older students practice every skill so they can knowingly decide what works best for them in high school.

This is an activity designed for any age group. It is a timed worksheet with 21 questions, all of which are random. The first question instructs the students to "read all before beginning" and the last says, "do only number 1." Therefore the students should end with a blank page.
