In order to help my kindergarten students remember the components of the water cycle, I have made up a song which identifies the four stages of the cycle - precipitation, accumulation, evaporation and condensation. This is sung to the familiar tune of "The Wheels On the Bus". I write this up on a large chart when teaching it to the children. I then provide each child with his or her own copy for their poetry folder. They also add their own illustration.

"Producers and Consumers" (MP3 - song)

Energy moves through an ecosystem in an amazing way. The producers are able to use energy from the sun to make their own food through a process called photosynthesis. Consumers then eat the producers, using the same energy to grow and reproduce. After an organism dies, decomposers break down its body and it is recycled back into the ecosystem. Such a beautiful process should be put to music, and The Bonus Point Band is happy to oblige! Lyrics: Producers get their energy from sunlight in the

This self-playing musical power point is the ideal introduction to any science class. Students often wonder where we are in the universe. This song gives planet Earth's cosmic address (planet, solar system, galaxy, cluster, supercluster) in the universe. Then we revisit the song periodically throughout the year to keep it fresh i
