When students break a rule in a classroom that enforces the CHAMPS system for classroom management, use these slips to help reteach behaviors and communicate with parents. Students fill out the slip with the CHAMPS expectations. Then cut the slip on the dotted line. The student takes home the CHAMPS part for parent communication. The teacher keeps the small portion in the child's file. The small portions can be used to collect behavior data on individual children, or can be tallied onto a classr

A great, visual way to show students the rule that they need to work on. It's also a great communication tool for the parents. We don't always have time to talk with the student and sent that email home, but we still want to hold our students accountable. So why not fill this in with the student as you're helping them fix that rule! Lots of room to explain what happened and how you and the student are working together to fix it. I keep these when they come back as a form of documentation.

This document is my current classroom jobs (occupations as I call them) and a description of their duties. At the beginning of the year students read over the descriptions and listed the jobs they would be interested in on the Occupation Application (also at my store). My students keep their jobs for about a month, so they need to know exactly what the job duties are. I keep this document in a binder in the classroom library so the students can review them. It makes for great reading material if
