This should take about 5 or 6 days to complete.
I use this for my Writer's Workshop based on the Lucy Calkins series. They way she was presenting the lessons did not work for me but I have found great sucess by using these packets.
Assign one page per day. That way the student can focus on one topic at a time. I take the time to conference with each student after they have completed them and make corrections on the paper.

Behavior Management Tool _ Individual Plan
This is a behavior plan I created for a kiddo who had severe behavior issues. This particular plan was created because the student had a very hard time controlling his anger, he frequently ran from the class, and struggled with completing work.
The plan is broken down into three chunks of the day. The student has four goals to work towards. The student has three opportunities to earn a reward during the day. This helps for severe behavior needs because they feel success throughout the day.
