This is designed for a quick "flashback" after watching the video and should take less than 10 minutes to take and go over the answers. I use these in my classroom after every Bill Nye The Science Guy DVD that we watch. I grade it by making each question worth 25 points and the bonus (which never counts against you) worth 10. These are great to leave with a substitute!

The other circles are where students just shaded in the correct phase of the moon. This is a great hands on activity to help students learn more about the moon phases! The arrows look different on the thumbnail but when you download it they go back to their right spot.
