This activity is a great game to get kids engaged in learning about patterns and incorporating algebra into their patterns. I use the task cards to differentiate for my extension students and weaker students (e.g extension students receive a fraction task card, and weaker students receive a starting number task card). The task cards can be altered to suit the year level and students needs.
