FitnessGram Grading Rubric
I created this grading rubric for the FitnessGram Tests. It is based off of progression. We do FitnessGram 5x throughout the school year at my school. The first is a diagnostic and graded for effort. Then, from each test, students are graded on increasing (or reaching the max, or some the top 1/3 of the HFZ) each of the FitnessGram tests that we do at my school. I found that it pushed all students, athletically inclined or not. We talked about long and short term goal setting.

Volleyball Player Evaluation Forms
I have included two volleyball player evaluation forms. The first one I use for a pre-season evaluation so my players can know their strengths, weaknesses and what I would like them to improve on. The 2nd one I use some stats I have taken over the first part of the season and give them a mid-season evaluation.

This rubric is designed to be used to grade woodworking projects up to grade 10. It breaks grading down to 5 basic levels, making grading very easy.
