The Landlady Murder Mystery
Based on Roald Dahl's "The LandLady," a crime scene is created for students to investigate before reading through the story. Included in the package are suspect cards, slide deck, graphic organizer, pictures of the crime scene set-up, and paragraph assignment and self-reflection. NOT Included: Any items that are needed to set up the crime scene. Only photos of what I have set up are included so you can either use or recreate yourself. Students loved this station activity that encouraged them to analyze and write about setting! Create a gallery area and encourage students to go to every station and scan the QR code on the wall. Once students scan the QR code they analyze the 360/VR photo that it opens. Students are expected to write about what they saw in the photo using sensory details.
