Tympanometry Report Template
This Tympanometry Summary Report makes it easy to write up your results. Mark an 'X' in the section of the table that corresponds with your client's tympanometry results. Keep the relevant paragraphs within the comment section and delete the rest. Delete any inapplicable recommendations and voila! This product was made for High School boys on the Autism Spectrum, mainly High Functioning Autism. Sentence Frames for Teaching WH-Questions
For many of my kids who are very literal and truly have a difficult time understanding HOW to answer our WH-questions, I felt like I couldn't find a resource that taught them how...so I created this and use it in conjunction with a visual for each WH-question.
