This Tympanometry Summary Report makes it easy to write up your results. Mark an 'X' in the section of the table that corresponds with your client's tympanometry results. Keep the relevant paragraphs within the comment section and delete the rest. Delete any inapplicable recommendations and voila! Useful in a clinical setting just as I have used this while working in public health (this is a little more Jazzed up for the self employed clinicians).
