Silent Film Project
This is one of my very favorite projects to do. During my Jazz Age (1920s) unit, I have students create their own silent films after we watch a handful of clips of Charlie Chaplin.
In this 4-page handout, the first page is a brief plot and character brainstorm, then its followed with:

This project is designed for 8th graders studying the Middle Ages. The project is designed so that kids get to pick and choose different activitites, each worth a different number of points. They essentially pick from a list of mini projects to design their own project. It would work for English and/or history classes and is easy to adapt. WWI Peace Conference Simulation with Treaty of Versailles Writing Prompt
Materials for a peace conference simulation after WWI. Students will work in groups and represent some of the major WWI countries. They will create proposals for peace. Prime Minister Trading Card - AP Comp. Govt.
Allow your AP Comparative Government students to use their creativity in learning about an important Prime Minister in UK history by creating a trading card. CHY 4U Final Culminating Assignment: WHAT IF?
This is a final culminating assignment from Grade 12 World History (CHY4U) set up as per the Ontario Curriculum. Renaissance and Reformation Puppet Theatre (Revised in 2021)
The purpose of this lesson is to teach students about key concepts during the Italian Renaissance, Protestant Reformation, or Counter (Catholic Reformation).
