Great Wall of China 3 Dimensional diorama art project
The Great Wall of China will come to life as your students recreate this ancient wonder out of paper! By printing out the sheets on different colors of paper, you gain the view of perspective (areas in the foreground are darker, areas in the background are lighter). Countries of Asia Hall of Fame/Shame Oral Report
This project lets students research a country in Asia. Students will create a poster and perform a short presentation about their country. Students will make a decision about whether their country belongs in the Hall of Fame or Hall of Shame. This activity includes a culminating project for a unit about the Silk Road in historical and contemporary times. Ancient India Timeline Project: Buddhism, Mauryan Empire, Gupta Empire, & More!
This quick and easy timeline project has 15 dates for the students to look up and either create on paper, or even better, create online with free sites like Tiki-Toki or Timeglider. After the students find the date, they also write 1-2 sentences explaining it. Answer key included. Mandala Project Bundle
This Mandala bundle includes a ppt, video, classroom guide, lesson, and project rubric and self assessment. The ppt has a few slides regarding the history of Mandalas. Ancient China Timeline Project - Xia through the Han Dynasty
This timeline project contains 15 dates for the students to look up and then write 1-2 sentences about to prove that they understand what the event is and how it relates to the unit. The timeline has dates from the Xia, Shang, Zhou, Qin, and Han Dynasties and the Warring States Period.
