Sports Marketing & Business: Celebrity Endorsement Activity Project
This is included in the Sports Marketing Activity Book listed.This is a 2-part activity. Part 1 is having students watch several videos and complete a table. Part 2 is having students prepare a PowerPoint locating different celebrities and the products they endorse. Guidelines are given to make the slides specific and not repetitive for every student. The student's PowerPoint should be approximately 22 slides.

French Public Speaking Speeches - Discours d'art oratoire UNIT

This activity is GREAT to get students thinking about the next stage of their lives whether that be college or career.
This assignment sheets asks student to create either a PowerPoint presentation or a poster board to present to the class answering a number of questions tailored to either avenue - college or career.
I used this project as a midterm for my public speaking students, but it can be used any time of the year.

After reading Night and studying Elie Wiesel's life after the Holocaust, my students completed this research paper. It is a very simple assignment--a vehicle for me to introduce the research skills and background they will need to write a "real" research paper next year in the 11th grade. This project is an engaging way for 4-9 + graders to hear first-hand accounts from adults who lived through September 11, 2001.
