Book Report in a Bag
This activity is a great alternative to the traditional book report. Students choose a book and then decorate the outside of the bag with the different parts of the book. (Setting, plot, title, favorite part, etc.) The second part of the activity is my favorite! Students put items inside the bag that relate to the book. They then explain why they chose certain items. Also a great way to work on communication skills.
