Just like the regular rules of Bingo, a teacher or group leader calls out a figure and students with the corresponding figure are able to cross it off their list. This colourful version was adapted for the Measurement and Geometry strand of the Australian Curriculum. The teacher or group leader calls out figures in mL or L or percentages/fractions of a L and students mark their grids accordingly. Students love the colourful game boards and the resource is most effective when it is laminated. H

The idea of this reader's theater is to reinforce the formulas used to find each of the equations as well as to teach and practice the language involved. It is just one more way to tie Language Arts together with Math. Math has a language all its own and it is very important to find ways to practice it and use it.
