I like to do this when students are completing a self-directed novel study for me to ensure they are reading the piece and to see their basic understanding. This novel I will be using with my grade nine students, but can easily see it fit in with some grade ten and eleven readers as well. I believe some of the lower readers may miss the subtle connections wit
