The Farm at Night
This video grew out of real sightings on a nearby farm at various times of almost every animal shown in a series of imaginary "scenes" in a style using animations or footage over photo backgrounds. The sequence leaves out daytime animals we are also familiar with which don't appear (groundhogs, squirrels, turtles and snakes, deer, rabbits, hawks etc). Earth Day mini Poster: A wonderful quote to remember for Earth Day.
When teaching about Earth Day there are many things humans need to remember about the Earth. The quote by Chief Seattle, "All things are connected. Whatever befalls the Earth befalls the sons of the Earth. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself." OurEcho Challenge Guide to Biodiversity
The OurEcho Challenge is a STEM contest that empowers young changemakers to take a closer look at biodiversity in their communities. Young leaders will first identify threats to local ecosystems and then propose solutions to help preserve, protect, or restore those natural resources.
