Six Essential Nutrient Poster
This is a great project that introduces the basic function of each essential nutrient and what foods are a good source of that nutrient. This project can take 1-2 class periods depending on how the students find the information (notes, powerpoint, textbook, research, etc.). After they find the required information, they will create a poster displaying their findings. Included is directions and a grading rubric. Enjoy!
