The students will represent verbal quantitative situations algebraically and evaluate these expressions for given replacement values of the variables. Pass out the entire deck to students. Any student may begin by reading his or her card aloud. The student with the answer responds by reading his/her card. Play continues until all cards are used. Timed class competition is an option.

The file is in a Word Document so that you can edit the dice as necessary for different colors. When we do this activity, we use dry erase dice for the simple and compound die that is rolled. We also set it up competition style to see who can get the most money with one roll of the dice!
