This is one of the favorites of the year for my class. We go outside and play a sophisticated game of tag. Students are assigned different goals based on these instructions. As a teacher you can simulate different conditions by changing how many students are playing which role. For example, to simulate a forest fire have only a few plants left and see what happens to the ecosystem. To simulate overhunting we have too few wolves and too many deer. Give this a try it is a lot of fun!

Weathering and Erosion Vocabulary Matching Cards
Weathering and Erosion vocabulary can be difficult for students to master. Help your students by providing them with vocabulary matching cards. Students can work independently or together to match the term with the definition AND an illustrated example. Give your students a black and white copy OR print them in color and laminate for long term use.
