What is Anxiety? Presentation
This presentation goes over how anxiety can affect the way we think, feel, and behave. It touches on how when we interrupt our irrational thoughts, it can then influence the way we feel, creating a potentially more positive result. This presentation also includes deep breathing exercises and a grounding exercise.I use this presentation in my anxiety management groups in one of the beginning sessions to get students started with thinking about CBT concepts and noticing their thoughts.
