This is a condensed version of the CLASS manual to use as a reference when coding in the classroom. This way you don’t have to flip through the manual as much.

Editable Bathroom Checkout
Looking for a bathroom checkout system that works? I use this bathroom checkout system with my students by allowing them 2 bathroom breaks per day. We use the ASL sign for bathroom. Students check out, take the pass, and I have data of who left the room. This is editable, so you can add your class roster and alter the form to fit your classroom.
