Citing Evidence and Theme/Author's Message Through Music!
I created this assignment because my students were not citing evidence correctly (they weren't including the title and or author, not including a quote at times and not providing adequate explanations after the quote). Using this lesson really helped my students grasp who the author (singer) is and the title of the text (in this case, the name of the song).
