High Interest, Low Readability Short Story, Dolch Word Book - The Farm
This is a high interest, low readability book that uses primarily Dolch words with the exception of 4 words that are highlighted throughout the book. Comprehension and inferential quick activities

After a round of reading assessments I discovered that several of my students really struggled when it came to reading comprehension or being able to infer meaning.
I also generally noted that children with SEN characteristics - Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Autism really struggled with comprehension and inferential questioning.
