Thoughtful Thursday: What makes good people do bad things?

Thoughtful Thursday activities are designed for students to explore content and themes related to literature units. I created these in response to the need I have in my classroom to for a "pick-me-up" in the lull before Friday. This Thoughtful Thursday prompts students to consider good and evil in society. It provides an opportunity to reflect on bias, consider the implications of an experiment, and apply understanding to a passage from Lord of the Flies.
