Literacy Rotation Schedule
This is a literacy rotation schedule for 5 literacy stations (Computers, Handwriting, Listening, Games, and Word Works). The students would rotate to 2 centers each day. Reader's Workshop Menu
During Reader's Workshop, I use this menu to show what groups are doing what rounds during which rotations. It is color coded and can be copied and pasted and moved around depending on what I want a particular group doing that day. It is set up for a 5 day schedule with 4 groups, but can be edited to fit your needs. I project this on the board during this time so the students can refer to it as needed.

Reading Record Form
This is a great tool for keeping track of the books students read. Each student has their own form, and all forms are kept in a "reading record" binder. The students fill out the form each time they finish a book. They love to receive this form at the end of the year to show-off how much they read. It's also a great reference for you.

Homophones Pirate Webquest
This homophones webquest is suited to students from years 3-6. Students 'dig' at seven (internet) sites to try (learning their homophones at each site) to find the number of steps pirates must walk (in a north-west direction), from the 7th site, to find a buried treasure. Silabas Clap
Students clap the syllables in their names. This dynamic excel worksheet allows teachers to insert their student names and use to have students clap the syllables in their names.
