Fifty Nifty United States Lyrics PowerPoint
I created this slideshow (in .pptx format) for my students to help them learn the lyrics to the song "Fifty Nifty United States" (originally from School House Rock, found in many general music curricula, such as Making Music by Silver-Burdett; YouTube recordings can be found as well, although these are copyrighted). It is a great song to include in patriotic performances. And an added bonus, it is CROSS-CURRICULAR, as it teaches the 50 state names in alphabetical order!!!!

5 Little Monkeys Jumping On The Bed is one of my favorite rhymes! I laminated many of the pieces and am using on a velcro board. I love modifying books and rhymes just to add a little change - I have added band aids to this rhyme. When monkey bumps his head, he could say OUCH and need a band aid! Songs and Finger Plays for Circle Time
It is my hope that this picture cue card will help your students choose a song they would like the class to sing with them during circle time or music and movement. One of my classroom jobs is “Song Helper” so the student that has that job for the week selects a song from this list.
