This is a behavior plan I created for a kiddo who had severe behavior issues. This particular plan was created because the student had a very hard time controlling his anger, he frequently ran from the class, and struggled with completing work.
The plan is broken down into three chunks of the day. The student has four goals to work towards. The student has three opportunities to earn a reward during the day. This helps for severe behavior needs because they feel success throughout the day.

Breathe Deep: A story for deescalating through breathing as a calm down strategy
This books helps children complete a breathing strategy. Readers are prompted to breathe in their noses and out their mouths for 3 deep breathes by following the prompts to smell items (flower, etc..) and blow items (bubbles, etc…). Set up for double sided printing, but can be adjusted. Add to the book by glueing on puffballs with a light drop of essential oil and adding strings and/or tissue paper to move when blown.
