The worksheet is free but you will need to cut up and bring in food labels for them to use to fill out the worksheet. I suggest using a variety of foods high in protein, sugars, and fiber so that they can see the differences easily. A discussion about nutrition and favorite snacks pairs well at the end of this activity.
