Model Congress Legislative Branch Project
This is a comprehensive Model Congress simulation that allows your students to act as members of Congress. The simulation includes a project requirement page, rubric, motion sheet, webquest, test and answer key. Each student picks their own bill topic and is responsible for writing a bill and giving a speech. They will also have to give a speech AGAINST another classmates bill.
