900 Daily Journals, Do-Nows, Bellringers for Middle and High School Classes
This is a collection of the roughly 900 daily journals/do-nows/bellringers that I've created in a variety of my classes over the past 10+ years. Roughly half of them are general enough that they could be used in almost any type of classroom while the remaining 50% are geared towards an English classroom. When you purchase this product, you'll get a document that has a link to the Google Folder where all the PowerPoints are (I had to do it this way because TPT has a 200MB limit).

The Social Dilemma Netflix Documentary Journal Analysis
Students are to watch the Netflix Documentary - The Social Dilemma. Upon watching it students are to write a journal reflecting on the documentary, how social media impacts us individually, as a society, and culturally, its impact on social institutions, how it influences behaviour, beliefs, and attitudes, and reflect on their own use of social media.Rubric included, there are online links to the documentary if you don't have access to netflix.

COVID-19 Worry Fixer Sheet
This worksheet can be used to discuss various worries and anxieties a student is having due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It could be used if the student is online learning or face-to-face. There is space for students to reflect and write coping strategies for coping with their anxiety.
