2015-2016 Planner / Calendar
This planner contains monthly and weekly calendars for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year. How an ESOL student Feels
This is a poem I wrote in an ESOL class once when the facilitator asked us to describe activities that can help engage and meet ESL needs. She asked to try to capture how an ESOL student may feel.
This is good for principals and facilitators and PLC meetings when discussing how to help these students. It's a light yet powerful poem of how it is for an ESOL student and how we as teachers can facilitate the learning process. Makes for a good add on to a discussion.

Discipline Record
Documentation can make or break a teacher. I've learned that you have to be able to write everything down! I created this file to do just that. It is a personal record that you will use for each student. On the record, you have the date and time, what action you took with the student and why, and any other notes you want to make about the incident (whether for reflection or about the number of times it's happened...etc.). It's a great tool!
