Dancesport (level 2) contains exercises which combine dance and sport movements. The steps are appropriate for any mobile youngster and provide a different approach to physical fitness. This lesson is a little more advanced than the first Dancesport featured, but it is not difficult to master even for the kinderdancer. Adding some lively music of your choice will create a fun experience while developing coordination and physical aptitude. This lesson is about 1 1/3 pages.

DANCESPORT is a combination of dance and sport steps which can be enjoyed by all and which is excellent as a physical fitness activity. Included are some steps and exercises from my DANCESPORT creation. It is not necessary to do all at one time, even one is good. I hope you look for my dvd preballet class which will be posted soon.
