Virtual Gym Class - Safari Adventure
This is something I created when teaching physical education online. I find that videos are laggy and lose their effect so I made a power point instead and narrate what to do with enthusiasm! This lasts me a 30 minute class with my commentary, however, slides can be selected and duplicated to last as long as you would like! Dancesport (level 2) contains exercises which combine dance and sport movements. The steps are appropriate for any mobile youngster and provide a different approach to physical fitness. This lesson is a little more advanced than the first Dancesport featured, but it is not difficult to master even for the kinderdancer.
