Bullying Prevention: Using an Intervention Matrix to Handle Aggression
This video overviews types of aggression / bullying and the levels of intensity at which these incidents occur. Using this information, you can then develop an intervention matrix as a clear formula for handling peer aggression in the classroom.
The video briefly explains why an intervention matrix is superior to models that rely on zero tolerance or blanket statements about bullying intervention regardless of type of incidents (both of which are mostly ineffective or complicated to enforce).
