I'm a writer and poet who has created the character-building children’s book series, The Life and Times of Lilly the Lash®. Having worked in the field of psychiatry and as a teacher’s aide earlier in my career, I discovered my innate ability to connect with others. I have a rather dynamic personality and inherent sensitivity, which allows me to relate to children of all ages. My relaxed demeanor provides the perfect opportunity to instill the important life lessons found throughout each of my books.
I'M NOT A TEACHER...I'm an author and presenter. As the author of The Life and Times of Lilly the Lash®, I speak to children from Pre-K to 5th Grade, inspiring them to read, write, illustrate, think outside of the box, and learn important life lessons. You can see my presentation style by watching the following video: http://www.lillythelash.com/authorvideo.php

I'm the author and creator of a successful children's book series which teaches the importance of building strong self-esteem and good character. Although admittedly not an educator, it was my friends and many customers who ARE educators and therapists, who approached me requesting teacher and therapy lesson plans to correspond with each of the books in the series. They were the ones who inspired me to create FREE learning tools for their classrooms and the children they work with each and every day!
