Snowflake Graphing- 4 styles
Snowflake graphing with four styles of snow flakes and three sizes graphs for each. Document made in Microsoft Publisher. Graphs can be sized to own needs/preferences. December/Christmas/Winter Journal Writing Prompt Booklet
This is a 7 page booklet that features two journal entries on each page. The first is a title page, so there are 12 writing prompts. Each page has several lines for a student response, as well as a box to draw a picture of the journal entries.
These half sheets are to be cut out and given to students one at a time. At the end of the month, just before break, I like to punch holes and bind the journals for students to keep as a momento.

This includes four pictures going from egg to baby chicken, paired with numbers 1-4. Works well Pre-K thru K, or children in Special Education classrooms working on these skills. The document provides 5 sentences that have mistakes in them. Errors include incorrect capitalization, punctuation and some spelling errors. Also, subjects are inaccurate in the sentences. This is a 5 page activity that can be used as a test for students with disabilities in an inclusive science class. It covers the basics of the muscular system.
Students can make a booklet by coloring the cover when they need a break from the academic work.

Tools vs Toys Picture Sort (for introducing sensory items)
When introducing new sensory tools to the classroom, it is helpful to explicitly teach the difference between a tool and a toy. These visual sorts will allow students to use pictures to sort common items into Tools (for classroom) or Toys. One page features items which may be either depending on how it is used. There are two additional pages that include common sensory 'tools' which can be introduced to a classroom.

Mitten Math Match
Set of 20 pairs of mittens. Each pair has a number from 1-20 on one mitten and the corresponding number of snowflakes on the other mitten. Match the number mitten with the mitten that has the correct number of snowflakes. Skills targeted include number recognition, 1:1 correspondence, number sequencing.
